⚠️ Damaged Cake:
If the cake arrives damaged or smashed during delivery, please take a photo immediately and send it to us via Chat or WhatsApp before the delivery person leaves.
🔄 Wrong Flavor/Design:
If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., sent Vanilla instead of Chocolate), let us know instantly.
Resolution:
In genuine cases of damage or error, we will offer a Free Replacement (if time permits) or a Full Refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
